1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "Player") and jl39 ("jl39," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl39 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jl39.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jl39, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl39 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use the jl39 Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jl39 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

jl39 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jl39 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jl39 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jl39 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) jl39 account. Multiple accounts per person, per household, or per device are strictly prohibited. jl39 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses. If you have lost access to your account, please use the account recovery process rather than creating a new registration.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl39 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify jl39 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jl39 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from jl39 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jl39 account, whether or not authorized by you. jl39 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jl39 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jl39 for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl39 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl39 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the jl39 deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your jl39 account instantly for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. jl39 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jl39 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jl39 account. jl39 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl39 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). jl39 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by jl39 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New jl39 members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ₱8,888, subject to the specific welcome bonus terms in effect at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. jl39 reserves the right to modify or withdraw welcome bonus offers at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jl39 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the jl39 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology and are regularly audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios with professional dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl39 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. jl39's decision in such matters is final. jl39 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting odds are set by jl39 and may be subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to manifest error may be voided at jl39's discretion. Results are determined by official sources and jl39's decision on the outcome of any bet is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl39 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the jl39 Platform
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your jl39 account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl39 staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any such winnings will be voided

8. Responsible Gaming

jl39 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino members. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your jl39 account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use jl39's self-exclusion feature, which will prevent you from accessing the Platform for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl39 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of jl39 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl39 Platform without the prior written consent of jl39. Unauthorized use of jl39's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl39 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl39's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl39 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl39 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Suspension and Termination

jl39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification or compliance requirements.

You may close your jl39 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

jl39 operates in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

13. Changes to These Terms

jl39 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number on file, and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the jl39 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
